Kory Cashaback, Corey Raymond, Stephan Gunner, and Guillaume Brisebois scored the other Royals goals in a game in which 32 penalties called between the two teams.

Benoit Fiset had a solid night recording 4 assists for the Royals, while Cashaback added 2 assists for a 3 point effort. Guillaume Piche got his 3rd win of the season in goal for the Royals.

Storm Edwards, David Lazarus, Brandon Ominika and Dustin Grant did the scoring for the Islanders who fall to 1-13 on the season.

With the win the Royals improve to 5-10-2 on the season with their next contest in North Bay Sunday night against the Skyhawks.
