Patriotes tie up series with Wildcats

The Franco-Cité Patriotes scored two third period goals on their way to a 5-4 win over the Widdifield Wildcats, tying up their quarterfinal series at 1-1.
The Franco-Cité Patriotes scored two third period goals on their way to a 5-4 win over the Widdifield Wildcats, tying up their quarterfinal series at 1-1. Simon Caron, Patrick Miron, Alex Piquette, Eric Laforge and Pierre Séguin scored for the winners while Tanner Brunet led the way with two goals for the Wildcats. Justin Huyke and Tye Sheppard added the goals for the Wildcats.

Phil Beaudry picked up the win in goal making 20 saves while Jeremy Roy took the loss stopping 31 shots. The deciding third game will go on Friday night at Memorial Gardens. Game time is yet to be determined.
