Panthers Cap Off Championship Season

The St. Hubert boys and girls grades 7 and 8 volleyball teams captured the Nipissing Parry Sound Catholic District School Board Championships held at St. Joseph-Scollard Hall.

In front of a full crowd of parents and supports the Panther boys team defeated a well coached team from St. Gregory, and the Panther girls team out played an up start team from Our Lady of Fatima.

Team members include: Nick Gribbons, Curtis Chenier, Grant Lafontaine, Eric Venditti, Lewis Tignanelli, Jacob Hotten, Keats Vanderlee, Carter Forth, Michael Silveri, Darian Hemsworth, Adam D’Ambrosio, Jacob Udeschini, Jesta Coniconde, Stephanie Pigeau, Tannis Lamprecht, Taylor Blacker, Jessica Washburn, Jen Sheehan, Madison Whittet, Kristen Moore, Samantha Brownlee, Mylee Coulombe, Jamie Reynolds, Sieara Chan, coaches Mrs. Whittet and Mr. Wiggers. The teams also capture the school boards mixed volleyball tournament held earlier in the season.
