The North Bay Trappers dropped their second straight this weekend as they were defeated 4-3 by the Sudbury Nickel Capital Wolves in Sudbury on Sunday afternoon.

Roch Pellerin - fighting the flu bug - finished with 1 goal and 1 assist for the Trappers. Darnell Koosees and Mitchell Davis also scored for the Trappers.

Trappers head coach Beau Moyer says the team played "sluggish," in the first two periods as they were forced to battle back from a 4-1 deficit.

"Bad giveaways cost us the game," said Moyer about the 4 goals his goaltender Patrick Rochefort had no chance to stop.

"Patrick kept us in the game."

On the bright side, Moyer was able to utilize 9 forwards for the first time since the beginning of the year as Pellerin and Mitchell Davis joined the club on Sunday after missing the trip to Sault Ste. Marie as they battled the flu bug which is making its way through the dressing room.

The defending GNML and defending Telus Cup champs got their goals from Joshua Blacksmith, Gabriel Rodrigues, Justin Lariviere, and Denis Restoule.
