Mino wins OFSAA silver

Algonquin's Jordan Mino captured a silver medal in the 1500 M wheelchair race at OFSAA in Toronto on the weekend.

Widdifield's Katie Weston finished fifth in the Senior Girls Javelin Throw, while Chippewa's Kaitlin Anderson captured bronze in the Junior Girls Pole Vault event.

Tanya Simard, finished out of the medals, with only one top ten finish (8th) in the Senior Girls Triple Jump final. Simard is off to Maine University next fall on a Track and Field scholarship.
