Martial Arts success in Sudbury

Marceau's Martial Arts had 29 competitors participate last weekend in Sudbury at the Nickel City Budo Karate Challenge with some very impressive results. Out of five Grand Championship awards, the local black belt members took home four of them.

Sensei Rhonda Janveau -- Women's black belt champion

Sensei Sean Everitt -- Men's Black Belt Sparring Champion

Sensei Jason Webster -- Men's Black Belt Forms Champion

Shihan Chris Marceau -- Senior Men's Champion


Shihan Chris Marceau managed to win first place in all five divisons as well as Grand Champion.

The club was also presented with the most Supportive Club again. The local members are now off to Smith Falls, back to Sudbury and will be offering a "MIND CHANGE" seminar on Wednesday, April 18th at 7 p.m. For more information call 840-3464 or email [email protected]
