Eric Lapointe and Mitchell Ouellette had rushing touchdowns as the Algonquin Barons defeated the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears 15-6 to win the NDA Jr. Football title on Saturday at Algonquin.
With the win the Barons claim their first NDA junior title since the early 1970's.
Tyler Kennedy had the only touchdown for the Bears.
