Hockey Heritage North is excited to announce our first annual Sports Celebrity Dinner & Auction to be held Saturday, May 26, 2007. If you haven’t had the opportunity to come and see our ten million dollar facility, the Sports Celebrity Dinner & Auction would be the ideal time.

We’re honoured to have with us guest speaker Brian McFarlane; New Liskeard born creator of cartoon character Peter Puck, writer of over 50 hockey books, 25-year commentator of Hockey Night In Canada, and in 1995 Brian was inducted into the media section of the Hockey Hall of Fame

Sharing the guest speaker podium along with Brian will be Timmins born, Paul Harrison. Paul was an NHL goaltender for the Minnesota North Stars, Toronto Maple Leafs, Pittsburgh Penguins and Buffalo Sabres. Paul took the skates off and donned an OPP uniform and is currently running the D.A.R.E. program for the Ontario Provincial Police in Northeastern Ontario.

Your night will also include a cocktail hour, a silent auction consisting of assorted sports and celebrity memorabilia, a prime rib dinner and Honoured Members of Hockey Heritage North will also be on hand to receive their HHN Jersey and to sign autographs.
