The North Bay Stingers won their 8th consecutive game with a hard fought 12-9 victory over Assante in Senior Baseball action on Wednesday. Jake Tougas was winning pitcher with relief help from Thomas Hamilton.
Tougas led the way with 2 hits. Other hits went to Dale Valade, Nick Scott, Tyler Besner, Takayudi Oda, Miguel Champagne and Thomas Hamilton. Ken Pagan and Matt Sneddon had 2 hits each for Assante.
