Dragons win over 77's in OT

GUTHRIE, ON - The Powassan Dragons won their second straight over the Oro Medonte 77's as Justin Huycke's second goal of the game was the game winner in overtime, giving the Dragons a 6-5 win Wednesday night.

Rick Batenburg, Richard Bohan, Doug Bolger, and Eric Langford had the other goals for the Dragons who had a 5-1 lead midway through the 2nd period.

Alex Busvek scored twice for the 77's.

The Dragons regular season schedule comes to a close this weekend as they travel to Elliot Lake to visit the Bobcats Friday night and then return home to host the South Muskoka Shield Sunday afternoon at the Powassan Sportsplex.
