Boston Pizza captured their second straight North Bay Men’s Ball Hockey League Championship Tuesday night with a 4-1 win over Wrightway-Greco's. With the win, Boston Pizza wins the best-of-3 final 2-0.

The game was a tightly played affair until Boston Pizza opened the game up with 4 unanswered goals in the third period.

Scoring for Boston Pizza were Ken Peroff, John Foden, Mike Lalonde and Mike Anello.

Scoring the lone goal for Wrightway-Grecos was Nik Priebe.

In the consolation final., Grant Tax also completed a 2-0 sweep in their best of 3 final with a convincing 10-1 win over DGS-TJ Variety. Scoring for Grant Tax were Kyle Radigan with 3 goals.Travis Mirault and Blair Daoust each with 2 goals. Singles went to Brandon Joyes, Dan Madigan and Brad Brooks.

This concludes a very successful 30th season for the North Bay Men’s Ball Hockey League.
