The North Bay Hilltop Variety Bantam AAA Blades won all three of their games against the Timmins Liberty Mines Eagles on the weekend at West Ferris arena.
In their first game Saturday, the Blades slipped by the Eagles 6-5 in overtime. Cody Levasseur, Tyler Field, DJ Wainman, Scott Pawson, Brad Prescott and Caleb Cameron scored in the OT win.
In their next game, Kris Faucon scored twice to lead the Blades to a 6-3 victory over the Rangers. Scott Pawson, Ryan Scott, Cody Levasseur and Brad Prescott also scored for the Blades.
On Sunday the Blades finished off the successful weekend with a 5-1 win. Brad Prescott and Cody Levasseur each scored twice. Thomas Hamilton had the other Blades goal.
