Blades sharp again

The North Bay Hilltop Variety Bantam AAA Blades came home with two victories during a three-game road trip north in Timmins. On Saturday afternoon they started off with an 8-5 victory over the Timmins Rangers.

On Saturday afternoon they started off with an 8-5 victory over the Timmins Rangers. In the evening they lit up the scoreboard again by doubling the Rangers 8-4.

On Sunday the Blades fell 4-3 in overtime but grabbing an important 1 point for the OT loss.

The two wins gives the Blades a very impressive record of 6 wins, 1 loss, 2 ties, and one OT loss in their first 10 games in the Northern Ontario Bantam AAA Hockey League regular season.
