On Saturday night Martin Jolicoeur scored in overtime to give the Wolves a 4-3 victory.

D.J. Wainman scored twice for the Blades while Kris Faucon added the other goal in the OT loss.

On Sunday morning the Blades took a 1-0 lead into the third period but the Wolves scored 3 unanswered goals en route to a 3-1 win. Dylan Staples scored the lone goal for the Blades.

The Blades hope to bounce back on the road facing elimination in game 3 at the Carmichael arena in Sudbury Saturday afternoon. If necessary, game 4 will take place Sunday morning in Sudbury.

The Blades finished the regular season witn an impressive 19-12-5-2 record, good for second place in the 5-team league.
