Jamie Olivier scored three goals including an empty netter in the final minute of play as the St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears defeated the West Ferris Trojans 5-3 in game 1 of the best-of-three NDA Hockey finals at Memorial Gardens Wednesday night.

Graham Loyst and Jamie Maille scored the other goals for the Bears.

Stephan Devost scored twice for the Trojans - including an equalizer in the third period to even the score at 2-2. Josh Callahan had the other Trojans marker.

Game 2 takes place Friday night at Memorial Gardens.
