The St. Joseph-Scollard Hall Bears didn't exactly roll out the NDA welcome mat Saturday afternoon as the Bears blanked the Timmins High Blues 37-0 at Cundari Field.
The game marks the first Senior Football match for the Timmins club in NDA Senior Football.
Jeremy Poeta had a pair of touchdown catches in the win while signal caller Jon Kapitanchuck threw for 3 touchdown passes overall and 200 yards in the air.
Zac Dubeau, Gabe Rubio, Peter Fiege scored the other touchdowns for the Bears. Kicker Anthony Nucara hit 4 converts and a 34 yard field goal in the Bears win.
