The ESC Algonquin Barons swept both games of the junior/senior doubleheader by downing the Chippewa Raiders 50-38 in the senior game and 35-18 in the junior game in NDA Girls Basketball action.
Top scorers for the Barons in the senior game were Shannon Jerome with 14pts, while Camille Courville added 13 and Chelsey Tremblay chipped in 7 points. The Senior Raiders were led offensively by Lindsay Goodridge with 12 points while Morgan Amell and Valerie St-Jean each added 6 points.
In the Junior Barons were led by Shayla Lamoureux with 14 points and Jessica Bédard added 6pts and the Junior Raiders had Lauren Hutchings and Amanda Leblanc each scoring 4 points.
