Alouettes preparing for the Dragons

The Nipissing Alouettes are in the process of building their 2008-2009 Greater Metro Junior 'A' Hockey League roster. Alouettes G.M. Denis Champagne says the team still has some openings on the roster. "We are having a great camp," said Champagne.

"We are having a great camp," said Champagne.

"We are happy with the guys that we have. They are already close knit and they are really coming together at practice."

The Alouettes will be playing a pre-season home-and-home series with the expansion Ville-Marie Dragons. Friday night they travel to Ville-Marie and conclude the weekend series with a Saturday afternoon contest which takes place at 2:00 p.m. at the Verner arena.
