They had training for staff and shared a 35% turnover rate. They can't retain staff. Many have left after forced numerous times and inconsistencies in scheduling. The forced overtime is a result of too many locations and not retaining staff. Covid related is only a small percentage. They have also gone through more than 30 service managers in 3 years. The problem is with senior management and decisions they made too quickly. Just sharing some facts.
