LIQUOR AND SLEDDING DON’T MIX

(North Bay , On)
The North Bay OPP would like to advise motorized snow vehicle operators that the same drinking and driving laws apply to snow machines as they do for vehicles on a highway.

Stopping to have that beverage on the trail or on the lake could cost you.

Remember:
No person shall have or consume liquor in any place other than,
(a) a residence;
(b) premises in respect of which a licence or permit is issued; or
(c) a private place as defined in the regulations.
If you are caught drinking liquor while on your sled you could cost you $125.00.

If you are intoxicated, you may face criminal charges. Why put yourself at risk?

Please ride safe out there! Please don’t drink and drive your motorized snow vehicle.
