Sledder dies after collision with a tree near Temagami

Yesterday,  (February 23) at 4:30 p.m., Temiskaming OPP were dispatched to a serious accident on Wilson Lake Road near the "A" snowmobile trail in Temagami. 

The rider of a snowmobile lost control and struck a tree say police.

The 51-year-old person was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The collision remains under investigation by members of the Temiskaming OPP and the Northeast Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team.
