It is alleged that on August 29th, 2016, at approximately 2 a.m., the accused entered an unlocked unit within an apartment building on Trout Lake Road and removed a portable media player and a bicycle accessory.
Following an investigation into a break and enter reported to police yesterday afternoon, North Bay Police arrested and charged:
Amber Lee Priscilla Dibartolomeo, age 30, of North Bay with:
- One count of break, enter and commit.
Following her arrest in the area of High Street and Algonquin yesterday evening, the accused was transported to police headquarters and held in custody for a bail hearing.
