New director of the École publique aux Quatre-Vents in Parry Sound

The Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l'Ontario (CSPNE) hasannounced the appointment of Robert Tremblay as director of the École publique aux Quatre-Vents in Parry Sound. He will succeed Joanne Héroux Farrow who recently announced her retirement.

Tremblay is currently the assistant principal of Lionel-Gauthier Public School in Timmins and has more than 15 years of experience in education.

"A dynamic, passionate and committed teacher, Mr. Tremblay has a collaborative vision in terms of school and community leadership. He will begin his new role on August 19," says a news release.

The Director of Education, Mr. Yves Laliberté, is convinced that Mr. Tremblay is a positive addition to the Francophone and Francophile community of Parry Sound and the CSPNE team. “We are confident that the arrival of Mr. Tremblay will be beneficial for the students and staff members of the École publique aux Quatre-Vents. He brings positive energy and a very promising long-term vision for this school." We are also very grateful for the undeniable commitment since 2019 of our founding director, Ms. Joanne Héroux Farrow."
