A number of Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachments within the North East Region will be participating in the Provincial “Prescription Drug Drop Off Day” scheduled for Saturday, May 21.
The public is welcome to attend any of these locations during the hours indicated to drop off old, unwanted, unused and expired prescription drugs so they can safely be disposed of. If you are unable to attend on Saturday, you can return your medications at your convenience to your local pharmacy during their regular business hours.
Drug drop off locations planned in our area are as follows:
Mattawa OPP Detachment - 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Powassan OPP Detachment – 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
