The brother of Annette and Cecilia Dionne has passed away.
Born to Elzire and Oliva Dionne, Oliva (Olly) Dionne (1936-2017) passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Wednesday March 15th at the age of 80.
An obituary posted at Hillside Funeral Services says he is survived by his children Robin (Jane), Bonnie Lynne (Eric Osborne) and Steven (Shawna).
"He will be sadly missed by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, his siblings Pauline Dionne, Therese Callahan Cecilia Dionne and Annette Dionne.
According to quintland.com "Oliva Jr. was born in July, 1936, when the quints were two years old. His birth was publicized internationally as part of the continuing fascination with all things related to the Dionne quints. He was very loved, and said to be his dad's favorite. Known as Oliver, he was in the Royal Canadian Air Force."
