Yesterday at 11:58 p.m. members of the North Bay OPP received a complaint of a traffic hazard.
The caller reported that there was a pickup truck which was stopped, partially on the travelled portion of Highway 17 East near Trout Pond Road. OPP arrived and located the vehicle and the driver.
As a result of the investigation Taylor Berger 26, of Bonfield was charged with:
- care and control of a motor vehicle
- as well as care and control of a motor vehicle over 80
Berger is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on July 18, 2017.
