On January 19, at 2:59 p.m., Mattawa OPP officers responded to a domestic violence incident.
As a result of a police investigation, a 45-year-old man from Mattawa was arrested and charged with:
- Criminal Harassment
- Assault with a Weapon
- Sexual Assault and
- Forcible Confinement
The accused is being held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay.
