Members of the public are welcome to participate in a tree and shrub planting for the Community Waterfront Park amphitheatre, east of the underpass.
Saturday, May 14, join Nipissing Botanical Gardens, and the Heritage Gardeners and other members of our community near the east side of the pedestrian underpass, the amphitheatre.
Nipissing Botanical Gardens gratefully acknowledges Home Depot, TD, and Union Gas for their genereous support for this tree planting project. Hariett Madigan, Gardens’ Steering Committee Chair said, “With the kind financial and volunteer support of organizations such as Home Depot, and many committed citizens, Nipissing Botanical Gardens is contributing greatly to our vision of a park-like North Bay and to the tree canopy of our city.”
