Environment Canada says a winter storm warning continues for:

  •   North Bay - West Nipissing,

Current details:

Hazardous winter conditions are expected. 20 to 35 cm of snow are expected by Thursday evening.

Snow will be heavy at times and brisk northeasterly winds are likely to produce blowing and drifting snow in exposed areas.

The snow is forecast to taper off late Thursday.

The highest snowfall amounts are likely closer to the Quebec border with lesser accumulation farther west. A low pressure system approaching from the southwest is responsible for bringing this significant April snowfall to Northeastern Ontario.
