Unruly Guest Charged With Uttering Death Threat

On the 1st of Nov. shortly before midnight it is alleged that a male person attended a local motel and wanted a room.

This was refused and the male then kicked several times at a door breaking the frame. A scuffle then ensued between this male and the manager. This male then allegedly threatened the manager with death.

Csts. Greg Dix and Greg Randall of the North Bay Police Service were called and attended.

Thomas McKenzie 32 years old of Fisher St. is charged with Assault, Mischief and Uttering Death Threat. He is to attend court on the 12th of Dec.
