Toronto man charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking

On 7th Mar at 2:44PM North Bay Police responded to a complaint of man smoking marijuana in a vehicle parked in a lot on Worthington St E.

Shawn Baxter 37yrs of Toronto was arrested in possession of a 1gm of marijuana, 22 80mg Oxycodone tablets, 15 40mg Oxycodone tablets, and $4750.00 in cash.

He has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking.

He was held in custody for a bail hearing. Cst Randy Adair is investigating.
