It was hard to tell just who was running the city today as a few city employees donned a certain somebody's trade mark yellow tie and Blackberry phone.

“When I went to the office this morning, the gang in my office and the Clerk's department thought they'd have a little Halloween fun,” says the true Mayor Vic.

“They were all in uniform, right down to the black suit, yellow tie, poppy, glasses, cowboy boots, cell phone, and no watch!”
