On the 17th of July shortly after midnight, a plain clothes officer on bicycle was egged by persons within a passing vehicle. The officer immediately contacted other officers and further advised them that the vehicle had turned around and was returning.

Other officers in the area stopped the vehicle in question and arrested two 17 year old males and two 18 year old males and further conducted their investigation at the Police Station.

The victim officer was satisfied that the male youths be turned over to their parents without criminal charges.
