A Summer in the Park final report to be presented to council tonight shows a surplus of $30,128, thanks to a  $80,000 financial contribution from the city of North Bay.

It shows the event generated $494,829 in revenue and incurred $464,701 in expenses.

Future surpluses, if any, will be used to offset the deficits accumulated from 2014 and 2015. Once the deficit is paid off the Committee will be able to rebuild its reserves.
