Police Cautioning Motorist straying off of Main roadways

North Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is requesting that motorists use extreme caution when traveling area roadways. The recent freezing rain has caused some side roads in the North Bay and surrounding area to seem like skating rinks. Mr. Bill Vrebosch, Mayor of East Ferris Township, reports that even the township sanders are having difficulty on the side roads and the drivers are reporting that the mix being spread on the road seems to have little effect.
