RIDE check leads to charges for Arnstein woman

On July 3, 2010 at approximately 21:30 p.m. on Highway 522 in Port Loring, OPP officers were conducting RIDE checks.

As a result, Terry Marie LANG, 56, of Arnstein, Ontario, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content as per s. 253(1) (b) of the Criminal Code.

LANG is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on July 13, 2010.
