On the 7th of Dec. Det. Csts. Richard Hampel and Tom Robertson of the Street Crime Unit in the North Bay Police Service arrested a suspect in relation to a false report of being robbed.
On the 4th of Dec. it is alleged that the suspect reported that he had been robbed. A further investigation showed in fact that the person had not been robbed and had falsely reported this crime to Police.
Tyler SPIERS 23 years old of Princess St. E. is charged with Public Mischief and is to appear in court on the 19th of Jan.
