Plan to attend seniors info day Reminder

The North Bay Police Service being part of the committee of Seniors At Risk will be holding an information day on Wed. the 24th of June at the Davedi Club on Airport Rd.
Our day is free and will include a lunch.

We are inviting seniors to attend at 9 AM until 2:30 PM that day.

This day will include a presentation by Dr. McKercher on staying fit, a Fraud presentation followed by a Tai Chi presentation and then lunch.

After the meal we will have a Police presentation on Crime Prevention, then Credit Counselling and finally a Yoga presentation.

There will also be hand massages that will be given freely. Community Partners will be on hand to offer information on various topics of interest.
