OPP searching for male subject who is dangerous to the public Update

On Saturday July 21, 2012 shortly after 11:00am the members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) search teams report the arrests of 2 male adults stemming from the firearms incident first reported yesterday.

The arrests will bring to an end the extensive search efforts on land, water and by helicopter just south of Noelville off of Highway 607.

Alban – The Noelville OPP are currently investigating an incident that occurred earlier today at approximately 1530hrs involving a male subject who is dangerous to the public and is still at large.

Police are asking residents on the Hwy 607 corridor (between Hwy 607A and Murdock River Rd) to remain in their residence and keep their doors locked until further notice.

If you see anyone suspicious in the area please call the O.P.P. immediately.
