OPG gives food bank a helping hand

Ontario Power Generation has made a $1,000 contribution to the North Bay Food Bank.

Through its Corporate Citizenship Program, OPG enters into partnerships with many associations such as the North Bay Food Bank on Hammond Street, to help improve the quality of life in its neighbouring communities.

“Ontario Power Generation’s support will help us feed many families this Christmas season,” said Director, Dick Dinnes. “As we are not government funded, the North Bay Food Bank relies on the generous donations of its community partners in North Bay and area - such as Ontario Power Generation - to maintain its operations and community programs.”

Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is celebrating its 10th year of serving the province. Building on a proud history, OPG provides the people and industry of Ontario with clean, safe and reliable electricity - just as it has always done.
