Oh (wet) Canada Day

The inclement weather may have forced the O’Canada Day committee to cancel the daytime programming today; however, it didn’t deter folks from heading down to the Waterfront for a piece of cake.

Regular contributor to BayToday Angela Johnston sent in these photos and says that the Waterfront was alive with activity today as families celebrated Canada's birthday.

“Highlights of the daytime activities were the singing of the national anthem 'O'Canada', and sampling the ACT / Best Western Birthday Cake,” she notes.
