O’Brien St man charged after obstructing police

After attending a disturbance call at the corner of Worthington St. and Fraser St. officers questioned an individual who was under the influence of alcohol.

When asked to identify himself and he provided two dates of birth. He was arrested and eventually identified.

During the investigation he was found to be on an undertaking with a condition not to consume alcohol.

Jonathan Lussier of O’Brien St. was held in custody and will appear in Bail Court today.
