With more restrictions lifted this week, Northgate Shopping Centre will see more shops opening this Friday.
"We have been providing you access to essential services and plan to re-open on Friday, June 12 with modified operating hours of Mon-Fri 11-7 to Sat-Sun, 11-5," Northgate Shopping Centre stated via its Facebook page.
"We are committed to delivering the highest standards of safety for tenants and shoppers and have implemented new cleaning protocols, physical distancing measures, and safety practices."
The mall has technically not been fully closed during the pandemic as stores such as the Dollar Store, Best Buy and the Scotiabank have been open in a limited capacity while A & W has been offering takeout.
"Some stores may take a bit longer than others to open and the Food Court will offer take out service only," the social media post stated.
"In addition, some food court vendors also offer delivery through Skip the Dishes."
Shopping Centre officials suggest shoppers contact retailers directly to find out information about specific locations.
