North Bay man charged with impaired operation of motor vehicle

On October 26, 2010 at 3:30 p.m., North Bay OPP officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 11, north in the city of North Bay. Signs of impairment were noted by the officers. The driver, Kevin IRWIN, sustained minor injuries and was transported by North Bay Ambulance to the North Bay General Hospital where he was treated and later released.

IRWIN, 40 years old, of North Bay was charged with Impaired Operation of Motor Vehicle, s. 253(1) (a) of the Criminal Code (CC) Over 80, s. 253(1) (b) CC Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle, s. 249(1) (a) CC Breach of Probation Order, s. 733.1(1) CC

Kevin IRWIN is scheduled to appear for court in North Bay on November 19, 2010.
