Those expecting some high profile candidate to step up at the last minute to enter the North Bay mayor's race will be disappointed.
The count remains at four, with incumbent Al McDonald, Harvey Villneff, Dan Seguin and Greg Gray.
There are 23 candidates seeking 10 spots on city council.
All 10 council incumbents are seeking re-election.
