It is alleged that on the evening of the 3rd of Dec. a man was at a local bar within the general area of downtown.
At this time it is also alleged that this person had left his jacket on a chair while he temporarily went outside.

Upon his return he noticed that the jacket was gone. It is described as a size XXL dark brown leather jacket containing various pills, including heart medication as well as Oxycotin.

Information is that this heart medication could prove fatal if a young child were to take it.
