An altercation on McNamara St at 4:24 pm on the 16th Sept resulted in a man threatening to kill a couple as well as their children.
Raymond Michaud of McNamara St was charged with 4 counts of threatening death.
He is to appear in court on 16th Oct.
Cst Bruce Whitehead is investigating.
