Mayday, Mayday, Get That Chief A Hamburger

The Gathering Place, North Bay’s community soup kitchen continued the May Days fundraising activities with a barbeque outside North Bay City Hall today.

Highlights of the luncheon featured Patty Fedeli’s Cheesecakes and former Chief of Police George Berrigan's sausages.

Volunteers continue fundraising efforts throughout the month including a car wash, another barbeque and a “Hoe-down” Dinner and Dance Wednesday, May 17 at the Davedi Club.

The “Hoe-down” features live music with ‘Klassic Kountry’ and Square Dancing with the “Gateway Gliders.

Tickets are $30.00 per person and are available at Demarco’s, Gulliver’s Quality Books and Toys, and The Gathering Place.

The May Days Fundraiser wraps up May 31st with Breakfast with the Fox with Mitch and Leeanne, broadcasting live from the Gathering Place
