Massey Dr. man charged with assault

On the 17th of Oct. at approximately 1:15 AM various motorists called the North Bay Police Service in regards to a man beating a woman on Algonquin Av.

It is alleged that the man was striking the woman while she was on the ground.

Csts. Matt Parker and Robin Boucher responded to the call and arrested a male suspect.

Chris GAGNON 21 years old of Massey Dr. is charged with Assault and was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
