On Sunday the 14th of Oct. shortly before 3 AM Csts. Richard Hampel and Chris Marshall of the North Bay Police attended a disturbance call on McIntyre St. near Wyld St.
At this time they spoke to a couple of male victims who stated that they had allegedly been attacked. One of the victims suffered cuts to his scalp and lip.
The officers located a suspect a short distance away and arrested him.
Terry SHAKESPEARE 19 years old of Southdale Dr. in Huntsville is charged with Assault Bodily Harm, Assault, and Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.
